Protecting and Promoting Women's Sports

Rosie Duffield MP today chaired a meeting of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Women’s Rights, with guest speakers Sharron Davies MBE, Cathy Devine and Jane Sullivan talking about women’s rights in sports.

This was an insightful discussion attended by Parliamentarians from across both houses examining how to promote safe and fair sporting opportunities for women and girls at both elite and grassroots levels.

Sport National Governing Bodies and leisure centres have no excuses, they must follow the law and protect women and girls participation in sport.
