WATER OUTAGE

ADVICE 

Rosie is receiving regular updates on the situation affecting areas in the constituency over the past few days and is working tirelessly to hold South East Water to account as well as advocate for those members of the constituency who have been experiencing unacceptable interruptions and outages to their water supply.

Bottled Water
There are bottled water stations at the following locations for anyone that needs it:

  • Kingsnorth Church of England Primary School , Church Hill, Kingsnorth, TN23 3EF: 9am - 10pm

  • Sainsbury’s Altira Business Park, 6 The Boulevard, Herne Bay, CT6 6GZ: 9am - 10pm

  • Sainsbury’s Reeves Way, Chestfield, Whitstable, CT5 3QS: 10am - 10pm

  • Kavanagh Cinema, William Street, Herne Bay CT6 5NX : 9am - 10pm

  • Challock Village Hall, Blind Lane, Challock, Ashford, TN25 4AU: 9am - 9pm


These will remain open until 9pm tonight.
 
Priority Services Register
This is a free service for those who need additional support, and details about what is offered and how to register can be found here: Priority Services | South East Water or you can call the Customer Care Team on 0800 952 4000 where lines are open from 8am-7pm.
 
Complaints & Compensation
Compensation: South East Water adhere to the Guaranteed Standards of Service with regards to compensation and more information on this can be found on the following website: Standards of service - Ofwat.

Rosie would like to thank all members of the community who have come together, particularly to support those in need during this time and would encourage constituents to keep in touch should they not see any improvement over the coming days.
